Rental of photobooth equipment is subject to availability and a signed rental contract. A deposit is required to secure your date.
You agree to use our equipment in a safe and responsible manner. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment caused by misuse during the rental period.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days may forfeit the deposit.
IA Event Pics retains the right to use photos captured during events for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
IA Event Pics is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
